Here is what to expect:
- Contact Vanguard Electronics at sales@ve1.com or call 714.842.3330
- Submit your design request via email or the website to help with the design-in process. Please feel free to use one of our worksheets located on the customs product page.
- An account manager will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Vanguard Engineering will review the design request and proceed with asking any necessary clarifying questions or provide an outline drawing for your approval
- Outline Drawing - an AutoCAD drawing including the mechanical dimensions and electrical
- Once you approve the outline drawing, we can proceed with providing you a quotation on the quantities needed now or in the future
- Account manager submits the quotation for your review
- Approval for free or paid samples (depending upon complexity of design and availability of materials)
- Proceed with expedited sample build and ship parts within 2-4 weeks
